The rental amount we agree with you is the amount you'll receive when your apartment is let out. Our service fees to cover advertising and marketing are added to the rental amount we agree with you to reach the marketed price for your apartment.
There is an initial administration fee to set up new apartments on our site. This covers the work that's involved in visiting your apartment to take down all its details, setting up the web page that's dedicated to each apartment on our books and preparing the individual welcome pack materials that we place in each apartment for tenants.
