What happens when we arrive in Hong Kong?


If you already know Hong Kong you're welcome to make your way directly to your apartment.

If this is your first visit you may want to take advantage of our optional 'Meet and Greet' service. If you use this option we will meet you and your party at Hong Kong airport and take you to your apartment.

If you would like to use this service please let us know when you make your booking.

Charges for 'Meet and Greet' are made on a zone basis. We will confirm the charge to your apartment in your booking confirmation and, for your convenience, it will be included in the invoice for the final rental payable, which we will issue a month before your arrival date.

This will enable you to relax on your arrival knowing everything has been taken care of.

If you prefer to make your own way to your apartment one of our staff (your greeter) will meet you outside your apartment building. They will show you around the premises, provide keys, and ask you to sign the tenancy agreement.

What happens if we are running late?


Once your booking has been confirmed, we will provide you with the name and mobile phone number of our staff member (greeter) who will assist with your arrival. If you are delayed upon arrival then please try to call our greeter so they know you will be late.

If we know your flight number, then our staff will monitor its arrival time and adjust their greeting time should the flight arrival time change.

How can we pay the remainder of the rent?


One month before your arrival we will issue an invoice for the balance of the rental plus any optional service charges, which can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

All payments, except bank transfers, are managed by PayPal. This is the most secure way of making payments online as you do not reveal your card or bank account details to us. It also gives you the widest choice of payment options.

Is insurance necessary?


All apartments carry the mandatory public liability insurance required by local authorities.

This however does not include personal insurance for you, your family or your belongings. Standard travel insurance may be useful to you in this regard.

What happens when we vacate the apartment?


Departure time is 10am. Your checkout time will be confirmed at booking confirmation.

At checkout time, one of our staff will meet you at the apartment to undertake an inventory, collect the keys and check the general condition of the apartment.

If the apartment requires extensive cleaning then an additional cleaning charge may be applied against your deposit. Normal cleaning does not attract additional fees.

Your deposit will be returned to you within 21 days of your departure.

If it has been necessary to deduct any charges these will be fully itemised and we'll email these details to you as soon as they are available.

What if I need assistance during my stay?


Your apartment will have its own information pack which will contain local information and important or useful contact numbers (dentists, doctors, electricians, etc). And, of course, our staff will be pleased to assist you during your stay. Simply call or email us using the contact details that will be in the information pack.
