What you see is what you get
Either Peter or Martin (our Managing Partners) personally visits each apartment as it comes onto our books, does the survey and takes the pictures. So you can rest assured that the descriptions and pictures you see on this site are accurate!
For your relaxation and convenience
We offer a range of optional services to make your stay more comfortable.
For example, with our meet and greet service we'll meet you and your party at Hong Kong Airport, take you to your apartment and settle you in.
For people who are visiting Hong Kong for the first time this takes away one of the biggest areas of stress: how to find your way to your accommodation when you don't know the city.
Where to go, what to do, who to call
Each of our apartments has its own individual folder pack with useful and necessary information.
For example, your folder will contain information about:
- Local services - shops, banks, cinemas and other necessities
- Brochures for all the main attractions and places to go in Hong Kong
- A map local to your apartment so you can get your bearings quickly
- Important contact numbers, for things like doctors, dentists, electricians, plumbers and, of course, a number on which to contact us for assistance
- Directions to local transportation options - buses, the subway, taxi ranks and ferries
- ... and any other information that's relevant to the location of your apartment
